1. How to buy paintings from us?

Collect your favorite image or photo that you want to turn into the handmade masterpiece artwork and send us the image at sales@kalakari.in or you can what’s app the image at +91 7774099936 Mention your requirement details like painting size, painting medium (oil, acrylic, watercolor, color pencil, graphite pencil, charcoal, oil pastel and more), delivery time and quantity. We make the art according to the photo or painting sample provided by the customer. You can also tell us if you have any special requirement and provide the detail on the same, we will make it accordingly. Once we receive your request for painting, within 24 hours we will send you the quotation and confirmation.

2. When do I pay for the confirmation?

You have to pay 35% of the total price as the token amount at the time of placing the order for painting. After completion of the painting, we will email / what’s app you the final image of the painting for inspection. Once you satisfy with the painting, you have to pay the remaining amount then painting will be delivered to you. Painting can be picked up at the business address or else delivery charges applicable in case of home delivery.

3. What are sizes of painting you make? Can I order a custom size and what are the charges in such case?

4. Do you frame the paintings for the customers?

Currently, we frame the paintings for the customers located only in Pune. We soon start frame the paintings for the customers all over India and located out of India.

5. How do you pack and courier the painting?

Paintings without frame are rolled and keep in the high quality tube type paper holder. If it is with a wooden frame, we will pack it with plastic film and wooden mount support. Track your Courier Indian Speed Post

6. My photograph is not in a digital format, what to do?

The easy way is to take a clear picture on your mobile or take help of someone and send us. Or else please scan your photo at an internet café and email/what’s app it to us. If that is also not possible, then you can come and give us the hardcopy if you wish, we can scan it on behalf of you and return the hard copy to you instantly.

7. What if I want the painting on urgent basis?

The standard process to provide the painting service is based on first come and first serve, and often it takes some time to wait in the line. But if your order is very urgent, we consider your requirement as urgent with an additional charge of 5% of total amount.

8. How long does it take to receive the painting?
