Dogs Playing Poker
Dogs playing Poker painting is made by American painter Cassius Marcellus Coolidge. This is the most famous of all in featuring dog paintings. In 1903, A company called Brown & Bigelow commissioned a series of dog paintings to advertise Cigars. The series contains a total of 16 paintings, and they represent dogs doing things like playing football and table tennis. In all of them, Dogs playing Poker is famous.

Maurice painting is made by artist Andy Warhol in 1976. Andy Warhol was a famous Pop art painter and a dog lover. He adopted a dog Dachshund and their bond became so strong. Andy Warhol made Maurice a painting for a friend and it is a representation of her dog.
The Dog
The dog is a painting named for one of the sequence paintings of artist Francisco Goya. It is created sometime between 1819 to 1823. Francisco made paintings directly on the walls, with oil colors. The painting shows the head of a dog that is gazing upwards. The painting shows, the dog almost lost in the vastness of the rest of the painting area.
After 50 years of his death, his painting “The dog” along with his 13 other oil paintings in the series was transferred from his home.

As everybody knows Pablo Picasso is a world-famous painter and he was known to love dogs. Lump (Dog) owned by David Douglass Duncan, an American photographer, who lived with Picasso for six years. David Douglass had to photograph Pablo Picasso and decided to take a Lump along with him. On this occasion, Lump first met Picasso on April 19th, 1957.
While having Lunch, Picasso asked Duncan if the dog had ever had a plate of his own. Duncan replied, no. Then Picasso picked paint and brush on the lunch table itself and painted the lump on his own dinner plate and gifted the pate to Duncan. The lump lived with Picasso for six years. In 1964 Lump was unwell and taken back to Germany. Lump died on 29th March 1973, 10 days before Picasso.
“Saver”
Sir Edwin Landseer was an English painter, well known for his animal paintings. “Saved” is one of his famous paintings made in 1856. In the painting “Saved”, Artist Landseer depicts a famous new found land. St Bernard, named Milo. Milo was famous for rescuing several children from drowning.
He became famous with this painting, as the painting “saved” created by Landseer is such a beautiful masterpiece that touches hearts. In the painting, Milo has shown holding a small child in his paws.
