Terms and Conditions

Order Placement and Process:

1. You have to send us the clear and high resolution photo/picture @ artistparthabiswas@gmail.com.
2. Minimum 35% of the total amount to be paid as token amount to confirm the order.
3. After completion of the painting, we will send you the final image for the inspection. We send it either on what’s app or email you according to your convenience.
4. Once we receive your approval that you are satisfied with the painting, you have to pay the remaining payment (75%) and send us the transaction receipt.
5. Once we receive the payment, we will courier the painting at the address provided and send you the tracking details for the same.

Refund Policy

1. In any situation at the end of the painting process if you are not happy with the painting and proven the difference between the original photo provided and painting, we make the modifications with your suggestions. Even after modifications, if you are not satisfied with the final result and the reason is proper, we will refund you the 15% of the advance payment.
2. Because of any personal or other reasons, if the customer cancels the order during the painting process, we will not refund you the advance payment. In such situations the customer is responsible for it and Kalakari.in is not bind to refund the paid advance payment.

KALAKARI.IN

The customer is responsible for all the photos and copyrighted material when he or she placing on order with Kalakari.in. The customer is obliged to declare that the source of any picture that does not belong to her or him as copyright, in the eventuality that this sort of photo can be published in our gallery at the end of an order.

Customer Privacy

Kalakari.in assures the protection of any personal information shared by the customers. In any circumstances we will not share the customer information with any third parties. Kalakari.in is not responsible for any inconvenience situation obtained because of the incorrect data provided by the customer.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby kalakari.in provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai.

Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in India Only

Unless otherwise specified, the material on kalakari.in is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. Kalakari.in makes no representation that materials in kalakari.in are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and kalakari.in is not responsible for the supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
